ShipNSleep is a software development studio in Delhi, India. We build digital products for startups, founders and growing businesses, and we hold ourselves to one standard: if we built it, it should let you sleep at night.
The name
Why “ShipNSleep”?
Anyone who has worked on software knows the feeling of a bad launch: the late-night call, the nervous deploy, the message at 2 a.m. that something is broken.
We started ShipNSleep because we believe that feeling is optional. Careful planning, honest estimates, automated tests and small, reversible releases make launches calm, for the team doing the work and for the people paying for it.
So that is how we work, on every project, whatever its size. We ship. Then we sleep. And so do you.

If we can’t explain a decision without jargon, we probably don’t understand it well enough yet.

Small releases are easier to review, test and undo, and they reach your users sooner.

Your code, your accounts, your data. We would rather earn the next project than trap you in this one.

Honest over agreeable.
If a feature isn’t worth building or a deadline isn’t realistic, we’ll say so early, and kindly.
Where we are
Based in Delhi. Working everywhere.
Our studio is in Delhi, India (IST, UTC+5:30). We work with clients wherever they are. At the start of every project we agree overlap hours and a weekly rhythm, and we keep decisions in writing, so time zones become a detail rather than a problem.
